Have you worked with clients who are burned out, workaholics, crumbling from stress, wilting under aggression from a boss or co-worker, unable to decide what they want to do for a living? At the heart of each of these problems are boundaries. Boundaries are the invisible but vital bulwarks that keep our clients whole and safe. When clients are unclear about where their boundaries are, they become susceptible to anxiety, anger, defeatism and depression. This workshop will teach you ;
To identify the different types of boundaries we all need to keep ourselves safe and sane
How to spot the clues that a client is struggling with boundary issues
Interventions to help clients reset and reclaim their boundaries.
From salary negotiations to dealing with the office bully to asking for a raise or a promotion, clients who are confident in their ability to protect their boundaries will be more successful.
Speaker Karen James Chopra, LPC, MCC, NCC will guide this informative session. She is the author of
