This 6 hour workshop will teach you how to become the most effective career counselor by adapting your counseling style to the individual type of each client you serve. This process starts with identifying type cues even before a client has been assessed, and ends with developing effective and individualized career counseling strategies for each MBTI type.

Methods for “guessing” type prior to client being assessed

What clients are really looking for from a career counseling relationship

Identification of career fields using functional pairs

Facilitating major selection according to type

How to integrate learning styles and type when teaching career workshops
